RODIN in Barcelona

From latest December days up to 6th February the most significatives statues from Auguste Rodin was exposed on the Barcelona’s street, beautiful images to be shared and some photographic opportunities.

Mies Van der Rohe Barcelona (color)

For the 1929 Barcelona’s International Expo, the architect Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe build his famous Pavilion, it was demolished in 1930 and rebuilt in 1959. On the same year the famous  design of the “Barcelona’s Chair” was do. Click on this link for more details.  I present here some pictures in Black and White, and color to illustrate this wonderful espace of forms, lights and intelligent use of the materials.

All these pictures with Leica M8 and different lenses.

The color work enhances the use of the raw material colors and light.

Verges is a small town on the North of Catalunya, it presserves a unique medieval tradition in Europe, THE DANCE OF DEATH. Please look for more info here

The Moon is raising, the time to visit the Church

The narrow streets are almost on the dark, everything is in silence

In the walls of the streets rinds of snail with a wick bathed in oil have stuck to ignite them and to illuminate the procession
